Event Description

Swim/Run/Swim/Run/Swim/Run/Swim/Run/Swim

Competitors will swim approximately 1000m (200m x 5 swims) and run approximately 2 miles (4 runs – 800m, 1200m, 1200m, 800m). Competitors will swim around a designated buoy, exit the water and round a designated flag on the high side (beach side) and run to the next designated flag. Competitors will repeat this process until all swim buoys and run flags are rounded.

Divisions

Gender: Male & Female

Age Groups: Divisions will be determined based on the ages of competitors at the time of the competition. Generally, the age divisions are: 10 and under, 11-13, 14-17, and 18+.
