Kyle Visin named Semana Nautica Athlete of the Year

Out of the dozens of standout performances witnessed during this summer’s Semana Nautica Summer Sports Festival, Kyle Visin stands above the rest as the 2025 Athlete of the Year.

Visin recorded victories in both the Stud Ironman and the East Beach Biathlon. The 41-year-old also competed in the Mullen & Henzell 2-Mile Swim and the Reef & Run 1-Mile Swim, placing 10th and 15th overall, respectively.

Winning the Stud Ironman requires being the best of the best in a field of peak fitness competitors.

Then in the biathlon event, Visin took the title for the second-straight year.

With 25 events on the schedule and so many outstanding performances at the festival, there are several Athlete of the Year Honorable Mentions.

Kyle Brill, Myles Peck, Clara Stowell, Noah Warkentin, Caitlin Swalec, Marie Weissheim, Christopher St. Jean and Oliver Levine all deserve credit for their outstanding efforts.
