Attention all CrossFit competitors and strength and conditioning enthusiasts! You're invited to compete in the first annual Semana Nautica CrossFit Open on Sunday, July 7th at 12PM - an event programmed by CrossFit Pacific Coast for competitors of all fitness types and ages. 

Semana Nautica is an 85-year-old sports festival featuring all types of sports in Santa Barbara. CrossFit is a new addition to Semana Nautica in 2024. Push and pull yourself to participate in a challenge built for fun, health, and competition. 

This will be an event based upon AMRAP and programmed by CrossFit Pacific Coast which is now a HYROX affiliated gym. The program will consist of echo bike times, farmers carries, and cleans. 

Join with the fittest in Santa Barbara. Get prepped for Sunday, July 7th at East Beach Pavilion!
