Join us this July 19th for a special one-day beach experience where parents, guardians, and kids can enjoy the classic Beach Camp together.

Families will play beach games, learn water safety, explore coastal education, and paddle together on the Mega SUP in the designated swim zone near the Santa Barbara Wharf. This family-friendly day is open to families with children, and everyone should bring beach clothes, towels, sunscreen, water, snacks or lunch, and anything needed for a comfortable beach day.

Lobster Jo’s Beach Camp — Family Day Schedule

10:00 AM — Check-In + Welcome
Families arrive, meet the Lobster Jo’s team, get settled, and go over the plan for the day.

10:15 AM — Beach Safety Talk
Quick overview of ocean safety, swim zone rules, boundaries, sunscreen, hydration, and how the Mega SUP tours will work.

10:30 AM — Dodgeball
Family-friendly beach dodgeball to get everyone moving.

11:15 AM — Capture the Flag
A classic Lobster Jo’s beach game with teams, running, strategy, and lots of energy.

12:00 PM — Tug-of-War
Families face off in a fun beach tug-of-war challenge.

12:30 PM — Lunch Break
Families enjoy lunch on the beach. Bring your own food, snacks, and water.

1:15 PM — Afternoon Free Play
Families can relax, play in the sand, enjoy beach games, and hang out at their own pace.

2:00 PM — Mega SUP Tours
Families rotate through guided Mega SUP tours in the designated swim zone near the Santa Barbara Wharf.

3:15 PM — Wrap-Up + Final Beach Time
Last chance for beach play, photos, and packing up.

3:30 PM — Program Ends
