Reef and Run is a weekly ocean-swimming event held at East Beach in Santa Barbara on Thursdays throughout the summer.

• Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. and races start at 6:30 p.m.

• There are three swim race lengths:  500m, 1000m (1k,) and 1-mile. Individual races cost $20 each.

• After the races there is live music, food, beer or hot cocoa, and a great atmosphere for athletes and families!

• Two weeks of Reef & Run are usually included on the Semana Nautica festival schedule.
